About me

“To be happy, you have to make peace with your past, love the present and feel excited about the future."

I've always been a natural therapist. Even as a child, I had a deep desire to solve everyone's problems. Helping others brings me joy.

But don't worry—I can't see inside you, read your thoughts, or detect illnesses as dark spots in your body. What I do have is a strong intuition; I sense many things that I might share or inquire about. No, I'm not the therapist in a white coat, scrutinizing you with a stern gaze to pinpoint the flaws in your system.

The main character in our journey together is YOU, not me. I’m not here to heal you, fix you, or lead you down a prescribed path. Instead, you'll be the one healing yourself. My role is to guide, support, and believe in you while being your biggest cheerleader along the way. (Honestly, I really believe, that the idea of therapy magically fixing everything without us lifting a finger, is just wishful thinking. Sure, it would be amazing to have a magical wand and make everything perfect, but let’s be real—fairy tales are fun, but they’re not exactly practical!)

Honesty is essential to me, and I expect the same from you. Scientific research shows that the success of any healing process depends not on the therapy or therapist, but on the client's desire to heal, their belief in the process, and the trust and relationship between therapist and client.

On a personal note, I am an intuitive, happiness-seeking, knowledge-hungry woman who has faced several dead ends, made many poor decisions, and experienced a failed marriage. I hit rock bottom, yet I refused to admit even to myself that something was wrong. I buried myself in work, day and night, to avoid confronting my own misery. I wanted to help everyone so much, that I sometimes found myself trying to solve my clients' problems even without being asked for it. Before COVID, I was giving up to 10 treatments a day, 7 days a week, in my two Ayurveda practices in Switzerland and Liechtenstein—yet I was deeply unhappy.

Eventually, I waved the white flag and asked for help. I found an amazing psychologist, and we dove into talk therapy. I was her client for a whole year until she finally confessed, 'I can’t help you.' (Imagine my surprise!) She explained that while I had everything sorted on a conscious level, I needed some serious help with rewiring my beliefs and cleaning out my subconscious closet.

This was the moment my journey with trauma therapy began! To understand myself better, I explored different methods like RTT, Life Coaching, ACH, and MACH. Along the way, I picked up powerful techniques, had some big "Aha!" moments, and did a lot of healing. I was lucky to have incredible people supporting me, and the more I learned, the more everything started to make sense! But! I am still not the ultimate woman, or the world’s most celebrated therapist with a thousand rave reviews. Nope. I’m still just me, a down-to-earth person who loves to lend a hand and has figured out how to enjoy all of life’s quirks and surprises, even the less glamorous ones, without setting sky-high expectations.

So, how about we get to know each other?
