About me

“To be happy, you have to make peace with your past, love the present and feel excited about the future."
I’ve always believed in natural, common-sense ways to take care of our health. I’m not a psychic or a miracle healer — I don’t see inside people or read their minds. What I do have is curiosity, intuition, and a genuine interest in understanding what helps you feel and function better.
In my work, you are the main focus. I don’t fix or “heal” anyone. Real change happens when you take part in your own process — I’m simply here to guide, support, and cheer you on. Therapy isn’t magic; it’s a team effort built on honesty, trust, and a real desire to grow.
Before finding this balance, I spent years overworking in my Ayurveda practices in Switzerland and Liechtenstein — helping others nonstop while quietly ignoring my own limits. Eventually, I asked for help, and that changed everything. I discovered how much of our struggle lives in the subconscious, and how powerful it is when we finally start to understand and reshape it.
Since then, I’ve trained in methods like RTT, Life Coaching, ACH, and trauma-focused therapy. I’m doing my BA in psychology, which helps me connect the dots between mind and body even more clearly. These experiences — both personal and professional — have shaped the way I work today: practical, honest, and human.
I’m still learning, exploring, and challenging myself — in new skills, languages, and even sports. Life isn’t perfect, but it’s real, and that’s what makes it worth living.
If this approach speaks to you, let’s get to know each other.
